Vongola Famiglia
The Vongola Famiglia is currently under a civil war of sorts. Split three ways between the general Vongola Familia members, the Varia, and members of the CEDEF on who is the current successor to the Family. Even though they are splintered 3-ways, typically all Vongola members will side with each other as opposed to outside forces. The current whereabouts of the Vongola family rings have been lost with the passing of the last Vongola Boss. The current generation is old and frail. Much of the Vongola might has waned but new generations are emerging and bringing the family back into the spotlight. Based in the Italy area and Japan.
Millefiore Famiglia
A direct counter to the Vongola. Mainly based in the EU and South America regions.
Aberration Government Enforcement (AGE)
AGE is the world's response to the emergence of the Dying Will Flames. They are a group that is composed of the USA, Japan, Canada, Mexico, UK, and the EU. They wish to purge the world of the Mafia families and make it where only the world's ruling countries can use it. They're mainly based within North America and Europe but have been trying to crack down on the illegal trade within the South China Sea region and South America.
Neo-Freedom Syndicate (NFS)
Neither a mafia family nor a government, the Neo-Freedom Syndicate (NFS), wishes to create a world that the average citizen has full access to use their dying will flame. They can be seen as a very libertarian style group that prides personal rights over that of governments. While there is some leadership within the NFS, most groups operate individually and only come together on collaborative missions. Mainly based between the South American regions and the Asian regions.

**Supply Chains and City Influence:**
Supply Chains are vital for the growth of organizations, and city influence plays a significant role in this process. Organizations need to establish control over various cities/regions to unlock new Supply Chains and access unique boxes and rings. City influence is earned through roleplay threads, missions, and other circumstances.
**City Influence Points:**
- Every two months, city influence points are tallied based on the collective activity in the cities.
- Each roleplay thread in a city earns +1 influence point for the organization it belongs to.
- Completing missions in a city earns an additional +1 influence point.
- Special circumstances or site events may also provide influence points to cities or regions.
**Allocating Influence Points:**
- Each city awards a total of 5 influence points every two months.
- Calculate the percentage of influence points earned by each organization in each city. At the end of every two months, we would tally those points each individual group earned in a city and then get the % of what each group did in terms of influence. For example, if Organization A earned 20% of the total influence points in City X, while Organization B earned 40%, and Organization C earned 40%.
- Distribute the 5 influence points from each city based on these percentages. In City X, if Organization A would receive 1 point , Organization B gets 2 points, and Organization C receives 2 points.
- If a city did not have any influence points earned during the two months, it will go into a neutral state, not giving bonuses to anybody.
- In terms of a tie with how many influence points a group have over a city, it will be locked into a turbulent state, not belonging to either parties. During this time, the bonus boxes that would normally be granted to an organization will be placed on the black market at a higher price than normal.
- Local: Organizations are recognized entities on the site and hold influence over at least one city.
- Regional: Control over 2-3 cities within the same Zone.
- Continental: Control over 4-6 cities within a single Zone.
- Multi-National: Control over 7+ cities across multiple continents.
- World-wide: Control over 10+ cities across at least three different zones.
**Regional to National Transition:**
- An organization can advance from a Regional to a National Supply Chain by controlling at least 4 cities.
- To achieve this transition, an organization needs to earn a certain number of total influence points based on their controlled cities. The exact threshold will be determined by the staff and the site's lore.
